The compound enhancement and highly wearability UHMWPE pipe has been approved as "Shanghai high-tech achievement transformation project" by Shanghai High-tech Achievement Transformation Project Bureau. This advanced technology gives a new concept to high abrasion resistance products (pipe, sheet, conveyor rollers,extrusion profiles).

UHMWPE has remarkable performance
1  very high abrasion resistance: Under the same instance, the bulk lost is only the 1/7 of steel piper.
2  very high impact strength and good toughness: It is applicable under the press 0.2Mpa-4.0Mpa
3  very low coefficient friction and good self-lubricants properties: The abrasion is the least among all the pipes materials .Under the same stance, the press lost is only the steel pipes1/10,and is only the nylon 1/7.Futhermore,the internal wall is so slippery that the medium can’t deposit on it.
4  excellent chemical corrosion resistance can resist almost all the mediums such as acid ,alkali and salt ,except concentrated sulphuric –acid, concentrated nitric and a few organic solvents because the solid structure, it can anti-corrosion very well
5  good resistance under low TEMP: The pipe can be used from -70oC to 85oC
6  excellent dielectric properties；
7  inodorous,innoxious and unpenetrable：This kind of pipe is innocuity
There is anti-ultraviolet radiation material in the pipes, May use above for for 50 years under the burning hot sunlight。Under the same instance, the used life is 7 times of the steel pipes
